As I opened my new journal to write this, there was a practice plan in the front cover from my son's first day of practice from 3rd grade football. At first I didn’t know what it was or how it got there.  I have had this notebook for a number of years, but had never used it.  What struck my eye was the header at the top of the page, Day One, Week One.  I have been putting off starting my blog and decided there is no time like the present. I had to make a decision that today w
